Activity
Activity replaces the older Requests and Downloads views. It has two views:
- Queue: album requests, queued or active downloads, playlist imports, and tracks waiting for review
- History: completed, denied, and failed events
The Wanted section combines Aurral-owned tracks that need another search with files that do not meet the configured quality cutoff.
Use the Missing and Cutoff unmet links under Wanted to switch between those two filters.
Use Queue to see queued and active downloads and processes, including playlist imports that have not started yet. Review items stay in this list because they are queued for your decision. A duration or identity mismatch can remain here for preview, approval, or denial.
Use the review controls in Queue when you must listen to a track before import. Use History to see completed and failed events.
Each review row shows the requested track, artist, album, and remote file path. It also shows the match scores and duration.
Aurral keeps a possible match for review if the duration is not correct. It does not immediately try another source.
When an album request fails in Lidarr, you can retry the search from History when the entry supports it.
Use the search action on a Wanted row to re-search a failed Aurral operation or search for a quality upgrade. These actions apply across flows and static playlists.
Use Search all to re-search every missing track or queue upgrade searches for every cutoff-unmet track in the active Wanted view. Cutoff rows change to Upgrade queued immediately and keep that state after a page refresh. Follow the active searches in Queue and their result in History.
Use the info action on any activity or Wanted row to inspect the operation details without leaving the page.
Album requests store the requester. Activity can show the requester, and external tools can filter requests by user. A Lidarr import webhook can also mark a requested album as available as soon as Lidarr imports it.
